There is no account system, no newsletter sign-up, and no tracking pixel from an advertising network on this site.
What it is used for
To reply to your enquiry and arrange an appointment. That is the only purpose. Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to any third party for marketing.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered by email to the clinic's address: Clinic email address — to be confirmed. The form is processed by a serverless function on Cloudflare's network, which handles the message in transit and does not retain a copy.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept by the clinic for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep an accurate record of the appointment, in line with the record-keeping expected of a dental practice.
Clinical records created during treatment are handled separately from this website, under the professional obligations that apply to patient records.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics script.
Two embedded services may set their own cookies when you interact with them: the Google Maps embed on the contact and area pages, and WhatsApp when you tap through to it. Both are third parties with their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask the clinic what enquiry information it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact the clinic using the details on the contact page.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and this page will not claim otherwise.
